Pilates method is a gentle form of exercise using the breath which involves re educating and retraining how muscles work together. It utilizes both mats and specialized equipment to train the body’s “core” muscles. Often people have poor movement habits, which result in poor posture, and in some instances pain and injury.
Pilates exercise method is designed as a complete workout to connect and condition both the body and the mind. Pilates can be a very valuable tool to improve posture, flexibility and core strength.
Following an assessment an individual program is designed to best suit each individual needs.

Pilates Mat Class
Aimed at specifically creating muscle balance in the body. Focus on trunk and pelvic stability, and spine control. Small classes to allow for individual attention. Classes range from beginners through to advanced.
Similar to Pilates Mat, using specifically designed Pilates equipment. Specific to your needs. Individually designed and supervised 1—4 participants.
